We offer new construction of private track, additions to existing track, as well as maintenance programs for your current track. A maintenance program will prolong the life of your existing track as well as save your company money on emergency repairs and limiting company downtime.
New Construction
Track Solutions offers full-service new railroad track construction for civil, commercial and industrial projects. We handle new track construction from the bidding process to the finished product.

We specialize in construction of new rail systems - from small extensions or turnouts to miles of new track. We address your unique railroad needs and have the proper certifications and licensing needed. PLUS, our experienced bid and project management team quickly address all questions or needs to keep your job moving.
Repairs / Improvements
Track Repairs: Repairing and or replacing worn rail or switch components. Replacing damaged cross ties and damaged switch ties, as well as re-gauging track as needed.

Rail Replacement: Replacing rails damaged from heavy usage, neglect, or derailments.

Switch Repair: Replacement of worn switch components replacement and repairs on switch points and frogs including building up worn frogs.

Tie Replacement: Locating deteriorating ties and removing them to install new AREMA grade ties and re-gauging the track.

Facility Upgrades: Upgrades of existing track by replacing small rail with larger rail and switches allowing the customer to accommodate larger payloads without damage.

Inspection Services
Good inspectors rely on years of experience and training to be effective and quickly identify what meets current code and what does not. Charley Noble, owner and senior inspector for Track Solutions, has over 20 years experience with the construction and maintenance of railroad track systems and has been a certified inspector for years.

Our inspection services typically include checking for rail and switch wear, track gauge, alignment and cross level deficiencies, cross tie integrity, and stability of the track bed.
